With 20 years of experience as a lecturer at the ANU School of Art and Design, Joanne has mentored many students who have gone on to establish their own successful artistic practices. Before leaving the tertiary sector, she co-founded Clay Studio Canberra, a community-based teaching studio. Joanne is deeply passionate about skill-sharing and expanding the reach of creative practice to a wider audience. Her diverse practice includes exhibitions, product design and production, and education.
